Jacob Gries is a Clevelander at heart, even though Manhattan is home right now. He’s interested in a variety of different topics, though sports is the driving force behind a lot of his curiosities. From that starting point, philosophical and existential questions inevitably arise, and he’s keen on exploring that under-discussed area.

What’s one thing in your wardrobe that you never wear but refuse to give up?: Quarter-zips. They’ve been collecting dust for years now, and will continue to do so until they outlive me.

What’s your least favorite font and why?: Wingdings. It’s illegible to 99% of humans.
